A very private and nice house located in the village of Cabuya. It is close to the supermarket
and 5 minutes by foot to the beach from where you can walk over to the Cementary Island.
The Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve is only 1 km away.
The house sits in a mature garden with lots of flowers and fruit trees such as grapefruit, orange, lemon, star fruit, bananas and guyava.
There are two covered porches one tiled, one with wood flooring. From the cozy day bed you can watch birds and animals who are attracted
by the many fruits and flowers. There is also a small BBQ in the garden.
The vacation house has two bedrooms, both with queen size beds, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, small table and reading lamps.
The indoor living room is furnished with sofas and tables and a dining table with chairs. A music equipment is available and
a safe box to store your valuables. The adjoining kitchen is fully
equipped with all cooking utensils, triple gaz burner, electic stove, toaster, blender, a large fridge.
In the laundry corner is a washing machine.
Safe parking is available in the court.
The owners rent kayaks and mountain bikes.
The house is rented long-term from 1st June 2008 until 31st May 2009
