El Almendro is a serene and very quiet beach location on the north end of Santa Teresa.
Tucked away in an old-growth almond grove that gives the houses its name, the two bungalows of El Almendro are quietly set into two acres of unspoiled, natural
beach garden, ideal for an escapist beach vacation.
The two bungalows are placed side by side and are equipped with a queen size bed and a convertible bed for a third person, if needed.
A bathroom with hot shower adjoins the bedroom and there is a veranda in front. Set between the two bungalows
is a shared kitchen, fully equipped with all cooking utensils. You can rent one bungalow, or rent both, and have the whole property to yourselves.
Unwind and relax in the garden where always something is flowering or fruiting: bananas, avocados, papayas, lemon grass,
huge quantities of mangos in March, or rest in a hammock under the giant cashew tree.
The front yard of the vacation homes is the ocean. Draped by almond trees, you can swing in a hammock and take in panoramic views
of the coastline and dramatic sunsets. Gather some driftwood and make a bonfire under the stars at night,
or go out for dining: a five minute walk along the beach brings you to the area's most acclaimed restaurants.
