Located on a two-acre property on the slope above Santa Teresa the house offers great views of the ocean and the surf breaks around the renowned Suck Rock.
Tranquility, seclusion, a luxuriant tropical garden and the merging of sky and sea at sunset are
the main features of this vacation house.
Surfing beaches, restaurants, bars and shops are a few hundred
meters away, same as the noise and dust of the main road.
The house, built in 2005-2006, is mostly concrete and wood. It features a spacious wooden deck facing the ocean, a large master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom and opens onto a large balcony. Two additional bedrooms share the second bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other one two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils.
Personal taste, architectural design, ceiling fans and the constant breeze coming up the valley are the reason why the house is not air conditioned. Temperatures are so agreeable that at night only a light blanket is needed.
The house is suited for up to six people. It comes equipped with a safe, DVD and CD player and ping pong table.
Restaurants and shops are in walking distance, but if you are not such an avid hiker, a four-wheel-drive vehicle is suggested. The gravel access road is good but fairly steep.
