A private and cozy house located in the village of Cabuya. It is close to the supermarket
and 5 minutes by foot to the beach from where you can walk over to the Cementary Island.
From the porch at the back of the house you look out over the the fields to the mountains of the Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve which is only 1 km away.
The house sits in a mature garden with lots of flowers and fruit trees such as grapefruit, orange, lemon, star fruit, bananas and guyava.
There are two covered porches: the front porch is tiled, while the porch on the back of the house has wood flooring.
From the cozy day bed you can watch birds and animals who are attracted
by the many fruits and flowers. There is also a small BBQ in the garden.
The house has two bedrooms, both with queen size beds, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, small table and reading lamps.
The indoor living room is furnished with sofas and tables and a dining table with chairs. A music equipment is available and
a safe box to store your valuables. The adjoining kitchen is fully
equipped with all cooking utensils, big oven, electric stove, toaster, blender, and a large fridge.
In the laundry corner is a new washing machine.
The house has telephone (national calls only) and fast wireless internet.
Safe parking is available on the property.
The owners rent kayaks and mountain bikes.
