Nestled amid the tropical forest, only a few steps away from the ocean Casa Don Tomas enjoys full privacy. It sits in a three acres property, landscaped with mature trees, lots of flowers and thick grass lawn.
The house accommodates up to seven guests comfortably. Each of the two bed rooms has air condition and ceiling fans, and is equipped with a double and a single bed. A sofabed in the living room provides additional sleeping.
Casa Don Tomas comes with a full kitchen, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, blender, large electric griddle, cloth washer and dryer, and a safe to store valuables.
Outside you can sit on the covered porch or relax in a hammock. The large freeform oceanfront pool is the
best place to enjoy the sunsets.
Right in front of the vacation house is one of the most beautiful stretches of
beach in Santa Teresa - and the famous surf break of "Suck Rock" is only steps away.

Casa Santa Teresa sits on a lush four hectare estate surrounded by elaborate gardens and a great atmosphere. The property is perfect for those families and friends who appreciate the privacy, space and intimacy of two completely separate living areas.
The home is furnished with many antiques and details designed to make you feel at home. It features a total of 3
bedrooms, 3 baths, kitchen, and 4 seating and resting areas. The home accommodates very comfortably 5 - 8 guests.
All three bedrooms in the main house are spacious, featuring air condition, ceiling fans, refrigerator, private
bathroom, screen doors and windows opening to their own private terrace with sitting area.
The Master Suite is equipped with a king size bed, the other two bedrooms have a queen size bed.
A cozy seating and relaxation area with TV is adjacent to the master bedroom.
The large fully equipped kitchen and dining areas, with a solid oak wood seating table for 10, and the
cozy living room are the focusing points of the house.
Detached Bungalow:
A separate bungalow with a double and two single beds, ceiling fan, private bathroom, refrigerator and a fully equipped kitchenette, can be made available as part of the rental of Casa Santa Teresa when groups are 9 guests or more.
Location of the houses:
Casas de Surf are located in the calmer northern end of Santa Teresa where gorgeous beaches extend far to the north and to the south.
The houses are close to, but not too close, to other important resorts and hotels in the area. Restaurants and shops are all in walking distance. Right across from the main gate of the Estate is a newly opened supermarket.
Both properties are gated and fully fenced with a long driveway to the parking lot just off the entry to the houses.
