Newly constructed resort with four luxury units, each with panoramic ocean, surf, and mountain views. The house is located on a small private hilltop
with no neighbors, except monkeys, and only a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk down the hill to the beach of Santa Teresa.
The rooms are very spacious and bright, with panorama windows taking advantage of the great views. Each unit has
a large bathroom with hot water shower, fully equipped kitchen, a/c, ceiling fans, and it's own private deck/patio area.
Mornings are peaceful and serene with daily visits from monkeys and exotic birds, while in the evening you enjoy the most scenic sunsets.
