At the north end of Santa Teresa Casa Mango sits on a hill overlooking the canopy to the ocean.
The newly built 2,200 sq ft villa sits on a steep slope and offers amazing views of the ocean from every room.
The beach is only a 3 minute walk away. This is the more quiet beach area of Santa Teresa which boasts spectacular beach scenery
along with great surf conditions. Several restaurants, bars and supermarkets are also close by the house.
Casa Mango is a perfect blend of upscale and outdoor living. It has a covered outdoor dining area
as well as a terrace and deck on the first floor, plus a covered terrace on the second floor complete with a wet bar.
Wake up and have your morning coffee (Costa Rican of course!) from any one of the terraces, while
watching the capuchin monkeys pick mangos for their breakfast – have some yourself too, there’s a grove on the property!

Features and equipment:
On the first floor is the living room with built-in couch and glass doors that completely fold out leading to the
terrace and deck. The adjoining custom built kitchen with all stainless steel appliances is fully equipped with
kitchen utensils including an awesome coffeemaker with built-in bean grinder.
A laundry area with large washer and dryer are at the back of the house.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, large ceiling fan and access to the 1st floor terrace.
There is a full bathroom downstairs (not connected to downstairs bedroom).
On the second floor are two bedroom suites, each with queen bed, air-conditioning, and private bathrooms (with safe in each).
Screened-in/sliding doors lead to the shared covered terrace. For those who choose not to use A/C, the ocean breezes
at Casa Mango are fantastic!
All bedrooms have ample closet space including overhead and lower shelves, pole with hangers.
A single bed is available that can be moved to any of the 3 bedrooms.
